So full of rage right now. Fuck UWA, fuck the drinking culture promoted by stupid ass student groups.

But the West’s coverage was actually pretty good. They didn’t even engage in victim blaming, instead it looked at the culture of masculinity, booze and (sexist) sexualisation that is rampant on that campus. *Cynical*

And this issue has been enraging many people for such a long time. You have a university administration and student guild that shut down so much creative, supportive and exciting student run events and programmes but are happy to let hetero-normative sexist fucks run as many drinking parties as they like. It’s all in the quest to be ‘a-political’ - meaning students were once a vibrant source of politics and creativity in society but because of sustained attacks on student organisations, all that’s left are alcohol-worshiping rapists.

And this is only going to get worse now the Liberal party control the guild and student services are cut back even further and replaced with goon bags and posh fools.

I’ve always fucking hated the pretentious dicks at UWA. I haven’t ever, ever met someone who goes to UWA who hasn’t looked down on me for going to ECU, or who hasn’t thought that the sun shines out their fucking ass.

Such a fucking waste of funding.

I like how this is just generalised to ALL UWA students.

It’s not like I don’t have friends at Murdoch, Curtin, ECU and Notre Dam.

I have not encountered students from other unis that I was not friends with prior to attending university who haven’t expected me to be a pretentious asshole. I could say everyone that doesn’t go to UWA is a stereotyping judgemental prick; but oh wait I’m not an asshole and have other things to think about outside of a university-based hierarchy.

Society has always expected uni students to be alcohol worshipping, as purported by media sourced from America. Why are people surprised.

I prefer the days I had not waited for a weekly chapter release and had nothing else to do with my spare time and read it for hours on end though.

My discontent with the world and it’s inhabitants stems from a childhood where I thought everything was beautiful and right and wrong did not exist on a subjective spectrum.

I have started watching bleach; and I have exams in three weeks. I really have a thing for wasting time I don’t have.
